Since its foundation last 2007, AE International Construction and Development Corporation has introduced three mid-market residential subdivision projects located in Talisay City, Cebu. The sundivision projects are named as Villa Lucita Subdivision, Alberlyn South Subdivision, and Alberlyn Box Hill Residences. The company is devoted to establish more inexpensive and sophisticated real-estate developments for the Filipino community.
