Because it is considered a developing country, Philippines is the right choice for business, especially in the real estate industry. And for this very reason, a joint group of investors from both Philippines and Korea formed a real estate company in 2005 to take advantage of Philippine's promising economic growth. This company, originally called Hanbi Construction and Development Corporation, changed its name in April 2010 to the now known Bestway Construction and Development Corporation. Bestway Construction and Development Corporation is known for its three projects, all located in Baguio City for its relaxing climate and location. The company is also actively seeking and taking part in other real estate plans and projects by both government and non-government organizations.
