BJS Development Corporation

BJS Development Corporation was established as a holding company in 1966. The company was named after its creator Burton Joseph Server. The company grew further into purchasing, selling, renting and development of its assets. The company became even more successful after developing a medium-density low-cost housing project called Holiday Homes. The suburban communities are found in Laguna and Cavite.
