Incorporated in 1990 by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Konstruktura has established itself as a respected medium to large-scale development concern in the Philippines development industry. The company was licensed by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) two years later and now has a Category A license with a General Building Principal classification. It also has several other classifications such as those for Structural Steel Work, Concrete Pre-casting, and Pre-stress or Post-tensioning.
