Casa PH currently handles privacy requests through a manual review workflow. We review each request, verify identity where needed, and coordinate with the relevant product or operations owner before taking action.

- Any screenshots or supporting information described in your message
What happens next
- We review the request and route it to the appropriate team
- We may ask for verification before acting on sensitive requests
- We respond within a reasonable period based on the request type, complexity, and any verification required
- For unresolved concerns, you may escalate to the National Privacy Commission
