Its mission was made clear from the start and that is to build high-quality housing projects for Filipinos. The owners are known for how they prioritize excellence in their businesses and this one was no exception. In fact, it didn't take long for the company to reach new heights. In 2004, the company's mission was off to a good start when they built wonderful residential projects in Naga and Bataan. Three years later, they were responsible for the first ever condominium in Davao. No doubt, that paved the way for many high-rise condominiums being developed today.
