The company was founded in the 1970s and was launched to construct and rent out commercial buildings. A decade after its birth, the company developed its first project called Dolmar Subdivision found in Pasig City. The company's goal is to be a liable and dynamic real-estate developer of classy, useful, well-planned and easily accessible situated projects. In the 1990s, the company established the Dolmar Golden Hills as an answer to the government's challenge to give Filipinos cost-effective housing projects. The company also developed cheap housing units in Novaliches, Pasig, and Bulacan.
